Shipping & Returns


 Our Standard Service shipping is $9.95. Please note that holidays observed by and/or the carrier are not considered business days for the purposes of estimating fulfillment or shipping transit times


Most orders ship from our inventory within 1-2 business days. We are constantly evaluating and expanding our inventory in order to increase the percentage of orders that ship within one day. To change your shipping service level, please call Customer Service at 931-437-2312. Do not request a shipping service level change via our Contact Us email form, as it will not automatically stop your order from shipping at the current shipping service level. The shipping service level may be changed only prior to an order entering "picking" status, the point at which the order contents are physically picked in the warehouse.



If the Item has been used or installed, No refunds will be made. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS-NO EXCEPTIONS Simply e-mail us at and a representative will give you the necessary return goods authorization (RGA). They will also give you instructions regarding location to return the item. Items returned intact will encounter a minimum 25% restocking charge Special order items have a minimum 35% restock fee. Shipping charges for items shipped to you & for returning items will be your responsibility unless the reason for return was an error BY NPWParts . Refunds will be made once the returned item has been received and inspected. We will notify you via e-mail when the return and refund has been processed. Please allow 14 days from the date we receive the order for the processing of the credit back to your account. Actual shipping and handling charges (including Items Showing, Delivery Included or Free Delivery) will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of an error by NPWPARTS.

 Packaging and Shipping Your Return

Once you have received a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) e-mail from NPWPARTS wrap the package securely. Include a copy of the RGA e-mail with the shipment. Clearly mark the outside of the package with the RGA number. We recommend you use an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as UPS or US Mail. NPWParts  will instruct you on the location to ship your return via the RGA e-mail.

Sales Tax

NPWParts is required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in TENNESSEE. The appropriate state and local taxes will be added to shipments made to TENNESSEE
